Refund & Return Policy

We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings, so we’re happy to accept a return for a store credit or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return any eligible purchase from HyperDrip Car Care within 30 days from the date of delivery by filling out the form below. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are ineligible for credit. In the event an error is made by HyperDrip Car Care, a return shipping label will be provided.

What Happens When We Receive Your Return?

We will inspect it. Then we will process your store credit or refund within 2 business days.

Store credits are issued by giving you a credit code you may apply to your next order. You may redeem it by adding your desired products to your cart, and during the checkout process, applying the code.

Product Replacement

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect and you wish to have an exact replacement per the original order, we request that you take a photo of the product(s) and Contact Us. You will be asked to email it to us as an attachment.

At our discretion, we may request that you return the product(s) for quality control purposes.
