HyperDrip Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that buying a product online can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, so we’re happy to accept a return for store credit or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Simply return any eligible purchase from HyperDrip within 30 days from the date of delivery by filling out the form below. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are ineligible for credit. In the event an error is made by HyperDrip, a return shipping label will be provided.
What happens when we receive your return?
We will inspect it. Then we will process your store credit or refund within 2 business days.
- Store credits are issued as a unique credit code you may apply to your next order.
- You can redeem it by adding your desired products to your cart and applying the code during checkout.
Product Replacement
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect and you wish to receive an exact replacement per the original order, we request that you take a photo of the product(s) and contact us. You will be asked to email it to us as an attachment at:
